Draft Financial Matters Amendment Bill

Following on the email sent to members about the proposed legislation to amend certain sections of the Insolvency Act, 1936 dealing with the process of a creditor realising security under a master agreement and matters related thereto, we can confirm that the draft bill envisaging those amendments has now been published.
The Standing Committee on Finance invited comments on the attached Draft Financial Matters Amendment Bill, but the deadline for submissions was 8 February 2019.
