Affidavits for Renewals and New Applications

The following important information was provided by Deputy Master of the High Court, Ms Christene Rossouw, about applications to the Active Insolvency Practitioners List.

2019 Renewals

Liquidators must ensure that their 2019 Renewal Affidavits are lodged on or before the 29 March 2019. Renewal Affidavits for 2019 received after the 29 March 2019 will not be considered and no further extensions will be granted. NB. Failing to lodge the Renewal Affidavit on time will result in your name being removed from the National List and PDI list.

2019 New Applications

Kindly note that the applications for the First Intake are now open and will close on the 29 March 2019. No Late Applications will be accepted.
