The panel will provide practical, legally sound, and experience-based insights into the duties of a provisional liquidator in a provisional liquidation where trading in liquidation is required. The focus will be on how a provisional liquidator can lawfully and ethically trade in liquidation in order to:

• Preserve and enhance the value of the estate’s assets;
• Act in the best interests of creditors;
• Comply with statutory duties and fiduciary obligations; and
• Manage the practical and legal risks associated with trading during provisional liquidation.
