SARIPA Counsel Forum Mentorship Programme

SARIPA is excited to announce our Counsel Forum Mentorship Programme commencing in June 2025
in collaboration with Advocates for Transformation.

We warmly invite all Counsel with 0–3 years’ experience to take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn, connect, and grow through a dynamic series of practical and insightful discussions on the following topics:

• 26 June – the importance of insolvency and restructuring in the current economic climate.
• 7 August – meet the practitioners and get insight into their day-to-day duties and challenges.
• 25 September – the basics of applying to court to place a company in liquidation or business rescue.
• 20 November – alternative dispute resolution in business rescue.
