Judicial Insolvency Programme in Zambia

Two SARIPA National Board members, Prof. Juanitta Calitz (Law Faculty, University of Johannesburg) and Dawie van der Merwe (Director of Business Restructuring, BDO) participated in a 2-day Judicial Insolvency Programme in Lusaka, Zambia that was facilitated by the World Bank Group Insolvency Team. The Programme was delivered by leading UK and South African insolvency and restructuring experts as well as the World Bank Team in a combination of presentations, discussions, group exercises, and case studies.
