BR: Supplementary to Practice Note 1

Please see attached Supplementary Note to SARIPA Practice Note 1 (dated 22 April 2020).

The purpose of these practice notes is to the raise awareness amongst members to be circumspect with regard to non-adherence with the requirements set out in section 129 of Chapter 6 of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 and having regard to the recent notices circulated by CIPC on 24 March and 14 April 2020.
