Comprehensive Submission to COGTA

We presented our comprehensive submissions today to the Hon. Minister Dlamini-Zuma, the Hon. Minister Lamola, the Hon. Minister Patel, Commissioner of the CIPC Adv. R Voller and the Acting Chief Master Ms. T Bezuidenhout.

We advocated that CIPC and the Master’s Office be allowed to start functioning, at a limited level, in terms of Level 4 as proposed by Government with effective date 4 May 2020.

We acknowledged Government protocols on social distancing and proposed that the technical detail related to the opening of the Offices should be discussed (via video conference) by the Acting Chief Master and the Commissioner in consultation with all relevant stakeholders.
