Notice for IP Members: Declaration Form for Meetings of Creditors

Dear IP Members

We approached the Master’s Office regarding their requirement that an affidavit, stating that the proposed meeting of creditors would be uncontested, be lodged.

The Master’s Office has agreed that the attached Declaration is sufficient.

We are investigating various options to accommodate those meetings of creditors, which would fall within the meaning of contested.
