Please take note that a meeting for the Voting Members will take place via Zoom at 8H00 on 9 November 2020. The purpose of the meeting is the proposal of our new Memorandum of Incorporation.

We attach the following documents:

  1. Notice of convening the meeting, Annexure “A” proxy form, Annexure “B” proposed resolution and as per Schedule 1, the proposed Memorandum of Incorporation.
