Government Gazette - Temporary Manual System

Dear Members

The following is an excerpt from a notification received last night from the Government Printing Works:

“Please note that due to technical challenges experienced with the Government Printing Works’ eGazette publishing system,  a temporary alternative processing system will be used until the publishing system is fully restored.

This temporary alternative system will require that customers obtain manual quotations from our Contact Centre. It should furthermore be noted that under the temporary processing system there will be no automated feedback messaging, hence customers are urged to contact the GPW Contact Centre for all eGazette notice submission related queries.

Customers who experienced difficulty obtaining online quotations should also submit their requests for such quotations to This email address is being protected from spambots. All provincial gazettes will be published on the GPW website from the 15th of February onwards, while all scheduled National Gazettes will be published as from the 19th of February 2021 onwards.

Please note that this manual process is only for this period while we work on resolving the challenges on our publishing system, and will cease to function when the system is restored.”
