Magistrate Krugersdorp Notice

Please be advised that officials from the Master Johannesburg will meet with the Magistrate Krugersdorp on 4 June to resolve this matter.

We have been alerted to the fact that the Acting Senior Magistrate of Mogale City / Krugersdorp, Mr. AK Khan, sent out an email yesterday (see below) stating that magistrates will no longer preside over meetings of creditors and interrogations.
This unilateral decision has far-reaching implications and we have requested Ms. Bezuidenhout and Ms. Roberts to advise on the way forward.
