Master's Office Update

  1. Herewith a link to an article written by the Chief Master, Adv. Mafojane which appeared on News24.com:

  2. New applications and renewals: On 13 May 2021 at 08:27, the Chief Master published a notice on the Department of Justice's website that all intakes and renewals on the National Insolvency List had been suspended until further notice.
  3. The Board has resolved that we approach the Chief Master with the request that he reconsider his decision regarding new applications.   Members are requested to provide us with the details of new applicants.
  4. The Chief Master has also confirmed that he has no update regarding the draft Insolvency Bill.
