Interesting Judgment: Educated Risk Investments v the Master Johannesburg & Others

An application for the setting aside of the confirmation of the Second and Final Liquidation and Distribution Account was brought in terms of Section 157 of the Insolvency Act.

The Court found that a substantial injustice had not been done and the application was dismissed with costs.
