The Business Rescue Liaison committee had its last meeting for 2021. Please find attached the following guides:
- Guide on how to apply for a license as Business Rescue Practitioner.
- Guide on how to renew your license as Business Rescue Practitioner and
- Guide on how to be appointed as a Business Rescue Practitioner.
The CIPC requested that members who take joint appointments as BRP’s act in accordance with Notice 50 (attached). We have again raised the important aspect of obtaining statistics from the CIPC and we will keep you updated.
