We attended the Business Rescue Liaison Meeting yesterday (24 Feb.) and would like to draw your attention to the following:

  1. Attached is an extract from the Budget speech which refers to the tax compliance status for taxpayers under business rescue.
  2. CIPC has made no changes regarding the requirements for the appointment of business rescue practitioners – attached find CIPC Notice 65 of 2018 and CIPC Notice 2 of 2019.
