Interesting Judgment: African Global Holdings & Others v R F Lutchman & Others

Please find attached the judgment handed down in the SCA regarding the appeal of the joint liquidators in the BOSASA entities against the order handed down in the High Court, Johannesburg on the 3rd of September 2020.

The joint liquidators won the appeal with costs.
