Interesting Judgment: Rubenstein & Others v KNS Construction & Others

Please find attached a judgment handed down by Fisher J on the 2nd of December 2021.

The judgment dealt with Section 379 of the previous Companies Act which provides for the removal of a liquidator.

The Court directed the Registrar to deliver a copy of this judgment to the National Director of Public Prosecutions.
