During our Task Team meeting yesterday afternoon the Chief Master requested that Insolvency Practitioners refrain from depositing dividends of employees into the Guardians Fund.

Members are requested to give the Master a detailed explanation of the steps taken to establish the employee’s whereabouts before making such a deposit.
