The SCA granted the appellants leave to appeal and the SCA judgment was handed down on the 22nd of December 2022, also attached.

The appeal was upheld regarding paragraphs 49.1, 49.2, 49.4 and 49.5 of the court a quo.

The appeal was dismissed regarding paragraphs 49.3 and 49.6.
