We are pleased to announce that the joint venture agreement with AFSA has been concluded as announced by Adv. Michael Kuper SC at our conference last year.

Please find attached the following:

  1. The model clause that can be inserted in business rescue plans.
  2. The rules for the resolution of disputes in business rescue proceedings and
  3. The form as required by the Secretariat.

An interactive virtual session will be held to provide further information and to answer any questions you might have, the date to be announced.
