Interesting Judgment: FirstRand Bank v The Master Pretoria & Others

Please find attached a judgment handed down by Potterill J on the 29th of September 2023.

This is an application for a review in terms of Section 151 of the Insolvency Act of the Second Respondent’s rulings at a first meeting of creditors.

The Court reviewed and set aside the Second Respondent’s rulings and awarded costs against the First and Second Respondent.
