We attach the proposed Judicial Matters Amendment Bill.

The Insolvency Act does not contain a definition or reference to the Chief Master.

The insertion of section 96A in the Administration of Deceased Estates Act, is of interest as it sets out the powers, duties, and functions of the Chief Master.
