Judgment: CH Marks & Another v H Bester & Others

Dear Members

Attached an application brought in the Western Cape Division on an urgent basis.

The applicants brought the application to have the 1st - 6th respondents removed as the Joint Liquidators of MTI.

The Court found that the allegations of impropriety levelled at the respondents were wholly without substance and dismissed the application with a punitive cost order.
