The attached judgment was handed down on the 30th of May 2024 in the High Court, Pretoria.
The applicant voted against the business rescue plan; the business rescue practitioner made a payment to the applicant regarding its historical debt and a miscommunication ensued.
The application was removed from the roll due to lack of urgency and each party was ordered to pay its own costs.
