Attached is a judgment delivered by Pillay AJ on the 24th of April in the Western Cape Division.
The Court found that the tenth to twelfth respondents (the Trust) and the thirteenth respondent lacked the necessary locus standi and that the relief they sought was beyond the Court's powers in terms of the principle of legality.
The judgment of Cawood NO v Murray NO was followed.
