Attached a judgment handed down on Tuesday in the SCA regarding whether the insolvent has locus standi to sue in his name, the Court found that the trustees had locus standi as the discharge of the provisional order did not confer locus standi retrospectively on the insolvent. 

The appeal was dismissed with costs.
