The attached judgment deals with an urgent application compelling the respondent – as the sole director of the company – to provide the second applicant – the BRP – with, not only the information of the business and affairs of NTC, but to compel the second respondent's cooperation in allowing the BRP to assume the management control of NTC.
The Court found that the matter was urgent and granted the application with costs.
