Judgment: Enderstein Van Der Merwe Inc v Renee Bernice Bailey and Others

This is an appeal to a full bench whether payment by an insolvent trust to the appellant constituted a disposition not made for value within the meaning of Section 26(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act.

The Court held that it did constitute a disposition, and the appeal was dismissed with costs.
