INSOL appoints new CEO

SARIPA is pleased to share the exciting news that Scott Stuart has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of INSOL International.

Scott joins INSOL at a pivotal moment for our global profession. With nearly 35 years of experience in complex restructuring—as an attorney, advisor, distressed investor, and mediator—he brings a wealth of insight and leadership expertise. Most recently, Scott served as CEO of the Turnaround Management Association, where he was instrumental in advancing strategic growth and member engagement.

His appointment signals INSOL’s continued commitment to modernising governance, strengthening international collaboration, and delivering on the priorities outlined in INSOL 2030. We look forward to the fresh perspective and energy Scott will bring to our community, and to the opportunities this leadership transition presents for SARIPA and its members.
