Attached a judgment handed down in the SCA on Friday.
The Court found that the appellant had a duty to provide a full and proper accounting to the second to fifth respondents as the joint liquidators of the sixth respondent in terms of Section 32(1) (b) of the Insolvency Act.
The appeal was dismissed with costs.
