The attached judgment was handed down on 15 December 2025 by a Full Bench of the High Court, Pretoria.

The court a quo removed the first appellant as the business rescue practitioner of the third to fifth appellants.

The court found that although the approach of the court a quo was incorrect, there had been no material misdirection on the facts and refused the appeal with costs.
