The attached is an application for security for costs and arises as an adjunct to a substantive application instituted by the respondent to set aside the cancellation of shares pursuant to a business rescue plan and to declare the actions by the business rescue practitioners as unlawful and unconstitutional.

Fine AJ found that the applicants were entitled to security for costs and that further proceedings in the main application be stayed pending the furnishing of security.
