The Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA) and SARIPA are jointly launching a dispute resolution process to resolve disputes arising in connection with business rescue quickly and effectively. The AFSA Business Rescue Division will provide efficient case handling services for every dispute. A joint Management Committee will oversee the process to ensure a high-quality service.
